CREATIVE CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Creative, relational and reflective supervision for therapists working with children and young people.
Reflective supervision is also available for education professionals supporting children and young people.

I offer creative, relational and reflective clinical supervision to trainee, newly qualified and experienced practitioners, with particular experience in play and creative approaches, child and adolescent practice and therapeutic work within education settings.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, offering space to explore clinical work, therapeutic relationships, professional challenges and your ongoing development as a practitioner.

Creativity can provide another way to reflect, notice patterns and deepen understanding when words alone don’t quite capture the experience. Used alongside relational thinking and reflective practice, it can open up new perspectives.

ABOUT YOUR SUPERVISOR

I’m Ashleigh, a qualified Clinical Supervisor and CYP therapist working across private practice and education settings.

My experience spans therapeutic work with children and adolescents, relationships with parents and carers, safeguarding, school systems and multidisciplinary working. Alongside supervision, I continue to work clinically, keeping my practice grounded in the realities of contemporary CYP work.

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS

My combined background in therapy, counselling, supervision and education informs the way I understand children and young people within the relationships and systems around them.

ONLINE & FACE-TO-FACE SUPERVISION

Online supervision is available across the UK for therapists, eligible trainees and education professionals.

Face-to-face supervision is available from my practice at The Creative Hearts Studio in Dunstable.

I can also provide reflective supervision within schools, either individually or with small staff groups, on a regular or agreed basis.

Sessions are typically 60–120 minutes and can be arranged according to professional, organisational or training requirements.

Whether you’re a therapist looking for ongoing clinical supervision or an education professional seeking reflective support, I offer a free initial conversation to discuss what you’re looking for and whether we’d be a good fit.

KIND WORDS

As a trainee, I’ve found Ashleigh’s supervision space to be both safe and empowering. She meets me with warmth and authenticity, always encouraging curiosity over criticism. Her creative approach makes it easiet to process complex material, and she’s helped me feel more confident in my developing identity as a therapist. As well as making sure i’m always kept up to date with my paperwork and course requirements.

Trainee Creative Arts Therapist

I have just completed a supervision course with Ashleigh and found her to be very supportive and informative. Ashleigh was able to take on board anything we discussed and come up with some great ideas and information that I will be able to use going forward in my career.
Ashleigh is very professional and has a unique way of making you feel at ease from the moment you meet her. She is extremely good in her role as a therapist and I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Ashleigh’s supervision style is a beautiful blend of grounded knowledge, creativity, and compassionate presence. I always felt heard, held, and gently challenged in ways that supported my growth as a practitioner. Her insight and ability to reflect what’s beneath the surface has deepened my clinical work and confidence. I left each session with clarity and renewed purpose.
