SOMATIC APPROACHES

Supporting Children & Young People to feel Grounded, Safe & Connected

SUPPORTING FAMILIES AND SCHOOLS TOO

Children and young people heal best when the people around them feel supported too. I offer guidance for parents, carers and schools to help strenghten relationships, reduce conflict, and build confidence; even when things feel challenging.

Using approaches like Parent-Child Attachment Play (PACP) and Non-violent Resistance Parenting (NVR), we explore how creativity, play, and connection can bring lasting change at home and in school.

For more information on the process, take a look at the Mini Guide for Parents.

This is a gentle, non-judgemental space to support your child’s or young person’s emotional wellbeing and growth – together.
