MY APPROACH
Creative, relational and trauma-informed therapy that grows with the individual.
Every child, adolescent and young adult is unique. As we grow and change, the way we communicate, process experiences and connect with others naturally evolves.
My approach adapts to each person’s age, stage of development, strengths and needs. I combine creativity, relational psychotherapy, trauma-informed practice and psychoeducation to create therapy that is meaningful, effective and right for you.

THE HEART OF MY APPROACH
CREATIVE
Creativity provides another language when words are difficult to find.
RELATIONAL
The therapeutic relationship is central to healing, growth and change.
DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE
Therapy adapts to each person’s age, stage of development and individual needs, evolving naturally from childhood through adolescence into young adulthood.
TRAUMA-INFORMED
Safety, choice and collaboration underpin every session.
