Supervision
Supervision provides professionals the opportunity to reflect on themselves, their clients, and their practice. Its purpose is to encourage and support personal and professional growth and understanding through reflective practice.
My Approach
During my supervision sessions, you’ll have the time and space to reflect on your work, address current challenges, and improve your collaborative approach with support. You’ll gain new perspectives and ideas, and have the chance to develop personally in a creative, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
I aim to ask questions in order to promote self-supervision outside of sessions, enabling you to grow in your careers and become the best professional you can be.
